Synopsis

A trio of campers settles in for the night, unaware that a predator watches from the shadows. Skorzeny—already in wolf form—silently observes them as they eat their dinner. When one man wanders off to relieve himself, the stalker seizes the moment. His scream draws the remaining two, but rifles are no match for Skorzeny’s speed or savagery.

Eric learns of the attacks from a newspaper and travels to the remote town proudly marked by a towering banner: Welcome to Bigfoot Country. He strikes up a conversation with two locals playing chess and asks about Bigfoot sightings. They point him toward the area where the attacks occurred and give him a ride. Eric sets out to search the woods, silver bullets ready, but finds nothing before nightfall. Then the familiar burning pentagram pulses on his palm—warning the change is near.

But something else finds him first. Skorzeny steps from the darkness.

Eric tries to raise his gun, but his hands shake violently as the transformation begins. Muscles twist, bones snap, and the wolf emerges. Skorzeny transforms alongside him, and the two beasts clash with the same ferocity as the night the first two fought. Their battle crashes down an embankment, drawing the attention of locals on a drunken Bigfoot hunt. Too intoxicated to recognize what they’re witnessing, they fire wildly into the night, cheer, and roar off into the darkness.

Skorzeny gains the upper hand, hurling Eric’s wolf over a steep drop. The impact is devastating. Wounded, the wolf crawls away and collapses inside a quiet barn.

Eric awakens at dawn to find himself in a small farmhouse under the care of an elderly woman named Mary. She feeds him, tends to his wounds, and watches over him as he drifts into nightmares. But as he regains strength and rises from bed, he notices a faded photograph—Mary standing beside Skorzeny, smiling.

Eric realizes too late that he is not safe.

Skorzeny arrives at the house, heading straight for Eric. Worse yet, Mary bares elongated fangs—revealing she is no innocent caretaker but tied to Skorzeny’s monstrous bloodline. Eric makes a desperate escape through the woods and onto a road, only to be struck by a passing truck.

He awakens in the bed of the pickup, staring up at the two locals he met earlier—the same men who accidentally ran him down. As Eric explains where he had been, they exchange an uneasy look. They know the place well.

It is the Peterson residence. And the truth that follows leaves Eric stunned.
