Working as a groundskeeper at an upscale estate, Eric befriends the gracious Mrs. Evelyn Tanner. But her daughter, Lila, and Lila’s
boyfriend, Ray, are trouble from the start. In front of Mrs. Tanner, they wear polite, practiced smiles, playing the roles of dutiful
family. Yet Eric, observing from the outside, sees through the façade. Beneath the charm lies resentment, greed, and ambition.
Lila and Ray have a plan: kill Mrs. Tanner and claim her estate and wealth for themselves. Their scheme succeeds on the night Eric is
battling his own demon under the rising moon, lost to the wolf and unable to protect the woman who trusted him.
Playing the shocked, grieving victims, Lila and Ray call the authorities and immediately pin the murder on Eric, who is nowhere to be
found after his night as the wolf. While the police search the property, Eric confronts Lila, cornering her and accusing Ray of being
the true killer.
Ray steps from the shadows, gun raised, revealing he never intended to split anything. Betrayal is part of the plan—Lila’s share of the
inheritance now belongs to him alone. He fires on Eric, but an ordinary bullet cannot stop what lives inside him.
And as the wolf emerges, Ray finally learns the meaning of true terror.
